Q. What type of firewood do you supply?

A. Alder, birch and maple. Each load will have a mix of the 3. Specific requests cannot be accommodated.

Q. Is your firewood seasoned and dry?

A. Yes, the firewood logs are cut and split in the summer and stored in sheds to keep it dry.

Q. What sizes do you offer?

A. 14-18 inches in length. All firewood is split and ready for fireplaces or wood stoves. Custom size requests accepted with due notice.

Q. Do you offer pick up requests or only delivery?

A. Small amounts for camping can be arranged with 2-3 days advanced notice

Q. What quantity of wood is in your truck load? Do you deliver smaller quantities?

A. Delivery truck box is 8ft long, 5.5 ft wide and about 1 to 1.5 ft deep. This would equate to approximately half a cord or slightly more. Firewood is thrown in loose. This is the minimum order required. Please ask if you are looking for more firewood as arrangements could be made.

Q. How long does it take to schedule a delivery?

A. During the fall and winter months, delivery time is typically one week from when your order is placed and confirmed. We recommend you order your firewood early in the summer to avoid delivery delays.

Q. What should I expect on the day of my delivery?

A. I will contact you on the day of delivery and give you a window of time for delivery, typically 1-2 hours notice. If you need to re-schedule, simply send me an email or text and we can reschedule your delivery accordingly.

Q. I left you a message. How long does it take you to return my call?

A. During the winter months, return phone calls may take up to 48 hours. Email will receive a prompter response. Thank you for your patience during the busy season.

Q. Do you offer smaller quantities?

A. Please enquire. Smaller amounts can be arranged for pick up with 2-3 days notice.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. E-transfer, Cheque, Cash (sorry, no credit or debit at this time).
